Liza has experienced first hand the unlimited benefits of applying a collective and diversified approach to strengthening sustainability and measuring individual and organizational performance, thus founded the term Integr8ted Leadership. She brings over two decades of combined experience in the corporate, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has led business and organizations through start-up, growth, change, and crisis.

 

Liza connects businesses and individuals to proven practices and customized strategies to help businesses and organizations strengthen sustainability and resilience, build value creation, and scale capacity building. Liza has collaborated with business leaders of all size companies and with organizations, teams, and entrepreneurs representing technology, education, sales, business, arts management, hospitality, and professional development, located in the United States and international. 

 

​One who has always thrived in helping businesses and individuals maximize potentials, began early in career life leading operations and business development in the private sector for two consulting companies owned by Tony Robbins, Anthony Robbins & Associates (sales training and development) and Fortune Practice Management (dental and medical practice management). She coached and supported up to fifty entrepreneurs (sales and business development consultants - franchisees) located nationwide and in Canada when both companies were in the start-up stage, and experienced transformation and expansion through periods of launching new products and services. ​

Liza brings a combination of business know-how and scholarly knowledge. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University College of Integrative Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from San Diego State University, and four graduate level professional certificates in Human Resource Management focused on how employees are impacted by change and organizational effectiveness. She is certified through Arizona State University by the IRB in Social & Behavioral Research, Micro-Credentialed through San Diego State University in Academic Applications of Artificial Intelligence, and a Cialdini Institute Certified Professional and Practitioner in Ethical Influence.

 

Liza is an advocate of CANI (Constant And Never-Ending Improvement) for individuals and businesses. This inspires her to continue expanding knowledge through current research, continued education, and collaborative partnerships.

A life-long civic engagement contributor, in 2022 Liza was acknowledged by San Diego County Supervisor Joel Anderson for her volunteer contributions to the USS Midway Museum and recognized by the San Diego College of Continuing Education as an Industry Partnership Catalyst. Over the past two decades, Liza has contributed to multiple nonprofit boards and committees. Currently, she sits on two industry advisory boards with the San Diego College of Continuing Education and is a founding board member of the Epic Plan Foundation.
